  •  Online Store: Open 24/7 Mondays to Fridays

 What Are Your Delivery Hours?

  • Mondays To Fridays, 9 am – 5 pm
  • No Deliveries on weekends and public holidays
  • Self-Pickup is available from mondays to fridays, 9 am – 12 pm or 3 pm to 5 pm (except weekends and public holidays). Please contact us in advance before your arrival to ensure your order is ready.
  • Self-Pickups not available during the mco/pkp period due to legal restrictions.


 Can I Amend The Shipping Address After Ordering?

  • Should you wish to request for a change of shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible and our representative will be more than happy to assist you. However, please note that we will not be able to amend them if an order has been shipped. Please refer to the delivery and operation hours above.


 Do You Provide Any Guarantees?

  •  HRZ BEVERAGES SDN BHD is licensed to trade and wholesale liquor products for esteemed brands such as Douglas Laing (UK), Edrington (The Macallan), Moet Hennessy Diageo Malaysia (MHDM), Thai Pore (Bacardi Martini), Drinks Connexion, Asia Euro, Luen Heng, Boutique Fine Wines and many more amongst other esteemed brands and carries, guaranteeing 100% authenticity. However, if you have any questions or doubts about a product, we would be glad to assist you. Do contact us.
  •  Although we dedicate our utmost attention to our shipping and warehousing process, liquor and wine are perishable products, and mistakes can happen. If you find that you have received a damaged product, let us know immediately within 24 hours of receiving/delivery and we will be happy to replace it, with the condition that bottle is returned to us for verification.


 Do You Provide Free Delivery?

  •  Free delivery is offered when RM 1,000.00 or more is spent in one order.
  •  We may also offer free deliveries for orders below RM 500 from time to time, pending on current promotions. Do check our website for more information.


What Is The Minimum Order?

  •  While we prefer to ship products by multiples to cater for full box deliveries, we do not have a minimum order policy to not put any restraints on your order. However, there's a transaction limit based on product type/brand/weightage. Should your order value exceed the relevant limit, we shall notify you. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service for further assistance.


 Are The Images On The Product On Your Website The Exact Match Of The Bottle I Will Receive?

  •  While we try at best to have the most accurate images of our products on the website, sometime the design may change pending on various factors. If you wish to make sure of the exact types/variants we have, do contact us on and we shall send you the current photo from our warehouse.


 Can I Use Vouchers For My Order?

  • If you have received a promotional voucher (which we reserve to authenticate), you may use it according to its terms and conditions. Each voucher can only be used once per transaction and per user. Most vouchers have a limited time period in which it must be used – this time period cannot be extended.


 How Do I Make A Payment?

  •  We accept online bank transfers, debit card and credit card payments (temporary available in our office only). We use secured and reputed 3rd party payment platforms to ensure your personal data is safe. Also, there's a transaction limit set by the bank. Should your order value exceeds the limit, do contact our customer service for further assistance.


How Do I Check My Order Status?

  •  If you have not received your parcel within the delivery time frame and we have not contacted you, please send us an email at or call us directly for an update on your order status.


 Can I Cancel An Order After I Have Paid ?

  •  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us, provided the product has not been sent out for delivery yet. Your payment will then be reimbursed to you ( All refund goods will be applicable to 3% administration fee).


 What If My Order Is Damaged Or Lost In Delivery?

  • We advise you to check your products thoroughly before acknowledging the receipt of delivery. Should you find bottles that are broken or missing, do not accept the delivery. Detail the damage or loss on the delivery order chit and send the bottles back. You should then call to inform us and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims.


 Is It Possible To Have My Order Delivered As A Gift To Someone Else?

  • Yes, it is, we can deliver to any address and person that you prefer. At the checkout page, please click on the ‘use different shipping address’ box, and enter the appropriate details to send the order to the delivery address.
