This fruity Speysider was distilled at Inchgower in December 1997 and placed into a single refill hogshead for the next two decades. In October 2018, at the age of 20 years old, the single malt was bottled by Douglas Laing. The hogshead yielded 138 bottles at 51.5% ABV, released for the Old Particular series.
NOSE - Cinnamon, honeycomb, red apples and candyfloss.
TASTE - Burnt toast, strawberries, cranberries and toasted Malt.
FINISH - Medium-long with sweet caramelised apple tart and burnt sugar.
